The Bible says in Col. 1:18 that Christ is the head of His body the Church, so with that in mind we affirm that no man has a right to control or chain Christ's body.  Rather, the Church is serviced by various servant-leaders (Eph. 4; 1 Tim. 3; Acts 6) each working within their particular gifting so that everyone may be ministered to and equipped.  We believe firmly in the priesthood of all believers and are committed to seeing other leaders raised up as the fellowship grows.
